Living Food Recipe- What's the Buzz?

I wake up every morning to buzzing... first it is the wheatgrass juicer, and then its the blender. We make the one of the best Living Food Simple Nutritious Smoothies. Here is the recipe for everyone:

1 Banana
2 Cups Fresh squeezed Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons Fresh Ground Flax Seed
