I want to know what kind of Barley you recommend for growing one's own barley for juicing at home: two row? five row? which strain? Chieftan? Bornholm? other? I recently purchased some from which the juice is very bitter compared to previous barley I have grown. The supplier of the original barley is very reluctant to give out information about what he uses.Thanks for your help Ron Elliott, firstname.lastname@example.org
