Wheatgrass Oxygenates the Blood

We were delighted to receive this article from the Internet Journal of Alternative Medicine because it verified what we had read and studied about wheatgrass all these years, and they used our kit to do the study!
The study was done on oxygenation of blood during exercise before and after ingesting wheatgrass juice.

Please read the full study here:

I have heard so many good things about wheatgrass...but I have yet to try it. I am afraid that my taste buds have not yet evolved enough to appreciate it.

Eat to live don't live to eat. Taste buds can adapt. It oxygenates the blood and makes me healthier as a result. Enough said! I don't love the taste but the benefits are amazing. After showing my 22 year old son the good information on wheatgrass. He left my house yesterday carrying the tall blades of grass still in the container, as though it was gold. All I could do was laugh.

Thanks for the post! Yes, there are several benefits that wheatgrass can give and one of it is oxygenation of blood. Because of this, the blood becomes healthier. It can also be considered as a complete meal.
